Registration

Those planning to attend the Dos Palos High School Class of 1963 45th Reunion on September 6th, 2008 should complete the registration form available on this page.  Please let us know if you will be coming by August 15th, 2008.  Those submitting their registration prior to July 1st, 2008 receive $5 off their dinner price.  The registration form asks for your personal information (name, address, telephone, email address, class year, spouse name, and occupation), a brief message to classmates, your dinner selections, and your golf information (if you intend to play).
